Build a Bouquet is the flower bar Come Tea Us sets beside the tea table: buckets of blooms, a place to stand and choose, and a bouquet each guest wraps to take home. Roses, carnations, and the rest of the bar are laid out so the arranging is part of the afternoon, not a craft station off to the side.
Guests pour, talk, and then leave with something they made themselves. It is one of the add-ons people ask for by name — a small piece of the table that goes with them when the cups are cleared.
